Jeff Irvine is Chairman and CEO of Whitestone International Advisory Group, a strategic advisory firm specializing in security, investigations, business risk, and geopolitical consulting. Previously, Jeff served as Chief Physical Security Officer and Senior Vice President at American Express and American Express National Bank, where he led global initiatives in security, crisis management, executive protection, intelligence, workplace violence prevention, fraud investigations, and cybercrime. Before joining American Express, Jeff completed a distinguished 24-year career with the U.S. Secret Service, rising to Deputy Assistant Director of Investigations and International Operations. He directed overseas operations and cyber investigations and served extensively on the Presidential Protection Division at the White House across three administrations, supporting missions in more than 100 countries. Jeff also co-chaired classified security reviews for the White House and U.S. Capitol. In 2001, he received the Presidential Distinguished Service Award. He holds degrees from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and a Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University.
