Charles Orgbon Jr. is a corporate security executive with more than 33 years of leadership experience spanning federal law enforcement, military service, and enterprise security.

 

Following a distinguished career in public service, Mr. Orgbon serves as Vice President of Corporate Security for Allied Universal, where he helps organizations address evolving security challenges, manage risk, and protect their people, assets, operations, and reputation. He is passionate about building resilient security programs that align with business objectives while safeguarding critical personnel and resources.

 

Throughout his career, Mr. Orgbon has led complex investigations, developed strategic public-private partnerships, managed crisis response efforts, and advised senior executives on security, intelligence, executive protection, insider threat, and enterprise risk management strategies.

 

Mr. Orgbon joined the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Special Agent in 2006 and was assigned to the Atlanta Field Office. During his FBI career, he served in a variety of leadership and operational roles, including SWAT Operator, Crisis Negotiator, Threat Response Team Member, Joint Terrorism Task Force Supervisor, Counterterrorism Investigator, Foreign Counterintelligence Investigator, Human Intelligence Program Manager, and Recruiter. In 2014, he was promoted to Supervisory Special Agent in the FBI’s Directorate of Intelligence at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. He later returned to the Atlanta Field Office, where he served as the FBI’s Private Sector Coordinator and Domestic Security Alliance Council (DSAC) Coordinator, strengthening partnerships with Chief Security Officers and security leaders from Fortune 500 companies across the region.

 

Prior to joining the FBI, Mr. Orgbon served as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Marine Corps. He retired from the Marine Corps Reserves in 2020 with the rank of Major after 26 years of honorable service.

 

Mr. Orgbon has received numerous awards and commendations throughout his career, including the NAACP Roy Wilkins Renown Service Award and the FBI Distinguished Achievement Award. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehouse College and a Master of Arts degree from Webster University.
